What is Coachsulting™

Coachsulting™ is our way of working with leaders and organizations when progress starts depending on individual effort instead of a setup that can carry the work. It brings coaching and consulting into the same process, so clarity turns into ownership, alignment holds under pressure, and execution becomes more predictable across people, teams, and functions.

The work stays close to real situations, with leaders directly involved, and continues until clarity shows up in how work actually happens day to day, not only in intentions or discussions.

Signals

Our work becomes relevant when leadership effort is increasing, but progress is no longer keeping pace with the organization’s real complexity.
This often shows up through recurring signals:
• decisions keep escalating, even with capable leaders in place;

What we focus on

Decision clarity and operational ownership

We clarify what is decided where, who decides, and what information decisions are based on, so decisions are made, owned, and carried into execution. The result is fewer escalations, fewer re-loops, and a working rhythm that doesn’t depend on a few individuals holding all the context.

Leadership alignment in decisions and execution

We stabilize decision-making at the leadership team level, as well as coordination and communication across teams and departments, and, when relevant, across countries, so direction stays coherent all the way into execution.
